Access to the Olympic Park was virtually impossible and fences made it difficult to see any detail or progress. The Olympic Park after the games

The Olympic Park turned into a tourist attraction after the Olympic Games. The Bird's nest can be visited by tourists. Many schools organize tours through the former Olympic Park

Olympic spirit on Tiananmen square

Tiananmen square also breathed the Olympic spirit and even several months after the event concluded, the flowers and mascottes were well maintained and protected
